Jenkinson Logistics has been performing customs clearances for decades and has an experienced team in place to assist you and ensure your goods pass through Customs quickly and efficiently.

We were awarded with Authorised Economic Operator status by Revenue - Irish Tax and Customs in 2012. This serves as an independent check on the procedures that underpin our customs clearance activities.

Since Brexit we have been assisting many customers with the new customs clearance challenges for the UK-Ireland tradelane.

Fiscal Representation

As an alternative to customs clearance on arrival in Ireland goods can be cleared into the EU in Rotterdam or Antwerp through a process known as Fiscal Representation. This can give significant cash-flow benefits as VAT is not paid upfront but is deferred and accounted for in the importer's next VAT return.
